I am unable to search for products?
Please check your Internet connectivity. Your Internet
connection may be disrupted or the service may not be available in your area.
Why does it take a lot of time to search for a product?
Search speeds depend on Internet connection speeds. Speeds are
dependant upon your carrier, and network congestion.
How do I know if my product is added to the cart?
Please use the View Cart function to check the list of products
in your shopping cart.
What happens if I lose connection while placing an order?
You will not lose your shopping cart on losing the Internet
connection. You can Transfer the shopping cart to Amazon.com once the Internet
connection on your phone is restored.
I have added a product to my cart. What next?
Use the Transfer to Amazon option from the Menu. You will be
asked to sign in with your account at Amazon.com.
